havent updated in a while. been busy w/ work which is a good thing. finally closed escrow on my first sale of a house. very excited about that and i am now working on a 2nd purchase for a friend of mine.
for the past week, the weather has been cold and raining. it now feels like winter. i'm not a big fan of the rain because it makes me lazy and i want to stay indoors. the only good thing about the rain is that it's snowing like crazy in tahoe and that means snowboarding...can't wait to go up for the 1st time this season.
in regards to this cold and gloomy weather, perfect time for Pho.
